Insight Meditation
Workshops 2023
__________________________________________
The
Buddha encouraged us to develop a mind of
love for all beings but
sometimes our capacity for love is hidden
by hurt, resentment and
hatred. In this one day workshop, learn
how you can heal your hate
and transform our mind, filling your heart
with a love that is
boundless and immeasurable.
The
Buddha taught mindfulness of death to create
a sense of urgency
in our spiritual practice and develop wisdom
into the nature of our
existence. Reflecting on the reality of
death prepares us for the
inevitable but more importantly, helps us
understand the very meaning
of life.
Cost:
$30 for each workshop or $50 for both
days.
Morning
and Afternoon tea provided, bring your own
lunch.
Please
contact the centre if you would like to
attend but are unable to
afford the cost on:
